Kronstadt company has delivered a batch of marine pumps produced by DESMI for fitting of shipboard systems at a mixed ferry project 03770 (Stanislav Agapov), which is now under construction. The equipment will be operated in the fuel, fire-fighting, ballast and wastewater systems of the ferry.
The equipment batch includes centrifugal and gear pumps with 50 Hz electric motors of different power ratings. All equipment is RMRS-certified and is supplied with required spare parts.
This ferry project 03770 was designed by Forss Technologies bureau in Saint Petersburg, and the keel-laying took place at Livadiyskiy shihpyard in Nakhodka (Primorsky Krai, Russia) in June 2019. The ferry was commissioned by the Kamchatka Ministry of Transport and Roads.
When the vessel is ready, it will carry up to 50 people and 10 cars across the Ozyornaya channel. The ferry is built with ice class Arc4, which means it will be able to navigate by itself in white ice up to 0.8 m thick.
