Specialists of Kronshtadt Company perform erection supervision works at the Zelenodolsk plant named after A.M.Gorky.

At the end of 2020 Logistics Department of Kronshtadt Company performed deivery of 2 shipboard cargo jib cranes with supports from the store in Saint-Petersburg to the address of the Customer.

Lifting equipment is purposed for buoy vessels of BLV03 project, laid down at Zelenodolsk plant named after A.M.Gorky on the 25th of October, 2019.

Engineered by Marine engineering bureau, vessels of BLV03 project refer to engineering ships and are purposed for placement and service of navigation aids, delivery of navigation and radio-technic aids onshore,   transportation of specialists, supplies and stores, and for other activities and works within hydrographic supply of merchant shipping.

As the main working area of buoy vessels of BLV03 project is waters of Northern Sea Route, vessels are engineered in accordance with requirements of ice class Ice3.

Cranes MELCAL of SL series, are pedestal cranes with one-piece arm, purposed for accurate execution of handling operations with enforced reliability and safety. Cranes of this series fit for general technical operations with cargo when operating on ships and marine platforms. Each MELCAL crane of SL series is tailored for specific needs of the Customer. Options with different arm length are possible for operations on board and for operations board-to-board in excessed seaway conditions.

For vessels of BLV03 project specialists of Kronshtadt Company performed delivery of cranes type SL100 with lifting capacity of 5 tons at boom length of 8 meters. Crane arm rotation range is 360 degrees without limitation of rotation angle.

At present lifting equipment MELCAL is delivered to the site of  Zelenodolsk plant named after A.M.Gorky. Plant specialists together with engineers of Service Department of Kronshtadt Company perform erection works.  The first stage of commissioning works has been successfully performed; preparation for tests of main equipment systems is in progress.

Earlier, for vessels of BLV03 project Kronshtadt Company performed delivery of marine screw compressors by DENO Compressor (The Netherlands) with receivers and operation pressure of 10 Bars.
